Dr. Tricia Carlson
Putting you at ease while listening to your concerns.
‘‘“I like to find common interests with people and find that listening to patient concerns and past experiences helps provide a safe place. Making people smile goes a long way toward building trust, and we smile a lot here!”
Dr. Carlson traveled with her parents on short mission trips to Africa, where she shadowed the dentist and discovered her calling. Today, she loves working with children and anxious patients to create positive dental experiences from a young age. Dr. Carlson goes above and beyond to put patients at ease, listen to their concerns, and develop treatment into the best care options.
Before finding the right team and joining Stillwater Family Dental, she worked as a dentist in different northern metro area practices. Dr. Carlson enjoys furthering her education with Spear Education study club and Kois center for dental excellence. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling to her children’s sporting events, and serving at church.
Dr. Pallavi Bhosale

‘‘“Achieving optimal oral health moves us toward a goal of gaining a sound mind and body. We will listen to you and provide knowledgeable and respectful care.”
Dr. Bhosale worked for a biotech company in Minneapolis for five years before realizing her true calling is in direct patient care. After shadowing her personal dentist and volunteering at a nonprofit children’s dental clinic, she pursued a career in dentistry and joined Stillwater Family Dental. Each day, Dr. Bhosale helps patients understand and work towards better oral health while emphasizing the importance of dental health for overall well-being.
She stays up-to-date with dental techniques and helps others further their knowledge as a member of Spear, one of the top continuing education programs in dentistry. Outside of the office, Dr. Bhosale enjoys spending time with her family, long-distance running, playing tennis, and visiting local art museums.
